Screen Printing Exchange Envelopes

Had a very productive class tonight. I'll have to save my reduction linocut demo for another post, because it's not quite done.

Here's the screen printing I did for this semester's print exchange, cleverly disguised as a bonus demo for my students tonight. They were pretty impressed that I cranked out 50 or 60 of these in about 35 minutes, and I was thankful for how smoothly the printing went. The design isn't my best, but that's what I get for making it in less than 10 minutes.

Drat, foiled again

Looks like my plans to get some of my own work done have been thwarted again. Last week I helped students with their lithos instead of doing my own printing. Today I intended to get to school early to do my own work, but since the weather decided it's winter now & time for lots of snow I'm hiding indoors until the snow blows over, which will probably be just in time for class.

I haven't been having a very good day.
