Skull - First Layer Printed

They don't look like much yet, but the first layer on the prints with "the skull print" for an exchange have all been printed. It's just a layer of flat tan color because I felt that the off-white of the paper was still too light.

I forgot to take a photo of one thing and tools to work on another.... so all I've found to post about are some of my monotype process demo prints.

Continuing Studies - Sketches

I've just begun teaching a Continuing Studies Linocut class (called "Printing Skyscapes"), and to aid with the demos I sketched out 2 potential designs on linoleum. I'm being indecisive, but I'll cut one of the two out for the next time the class meets.

Final Duck Intaglio Print

Here's a stack of good final prints of my intaglio plate.

I also did a bit of a la poupee for fun. Behold the radioactive-looking lime green ducks in blue.
